I called because I was having tooth pain and wanted to address it before it got worse. I saw the $99 emergency exam advertised, which says it includes an exam and X-ray for tooth pain. During the call (happened to be the office manager), I was told the $99 exam only applies to pain in a specific area and that they would only X-ray that area. I explained that this was exactly why I was calling! I had a specific area of concern and wanted to get ahead of it. A comprehensive exam can be offered, but it shouldn’t be assumed that’s what a patient wants when they’re calling about tooth pain. The lack of clarity and confusion around the advertisement ultimately led me to cancel my appointment and cost them a customer.

Highly, highly recommend Dr Berg and his team. The calming atmosphere eases my anxiety, and they go above and before with making you more comfortable with weighted blankets and noise canceling headphones Christy is absolutely incredible and makes me feel so comfortable and cared for with my extreme dental anxiety from previous trauma. I highly recommend for folks that need some extra comfort at the dentist!

I just wanted to send a huge thank you to everyone. The front desk staff always sets the tone for a positive experience; everyone is always pleasant and helpful. I had the best dental experience of my life. I felt no pain whatsoever; the IV sedation was fabulous, 10/10. Special thanks to Dr. Berg and the young lady who stayed with me the entire time.
